Getting started
How Scala Studios products are bought, downloaded and run through the Aegis loader, and how your licence counts servers.
How delivery works
Scala Studios products are plugins for Paper and Velocity, plus two standalone server applications. You don't download a separate jar for each product. Every product runs through one loader, Aegis.
- You buy products on store.scala.gg with one account. Your purchases are added to your licence.
- You download your personal loader from Downloads in your dashboard. The file is always called
Aegis.jar. - You put
Aegis.jaron your server and list the products you want in its config. - Each time the server starts, Aegis checks your licence, downloads the products you listed and starts them.
Your loader is tied to your licence. Don't share it. Download a new copy from your dashboard when you need one.

Each product's section lists what it needs to run. Some products build on others. Aegis downloads those with them when your licence includes them.
