Commands and permissions
Saturn's /serverconfig and /knockback commands, every /kb sub-command with its arguments, and the permission each needs.
Permissions
| Permission | Allows |
|---|---|
bukkit. | /serverconfig |
bukkit. | /knockback and /kb, with every sub-command |
Saturn does not register these nodes with a default, so operators and the console have them and other players do not. Grant them with your permissions plugin to let staff use the commands.
Saturn has no /saturn command. Paper's own commands, such as /tps and /mspt, work as on Paper. /version with no arguments shows Saturn's version, the Minecraft and API versions, the build commit and date, and the Java version and operating system; click it to copy the text. It no longer checks Paper for updates.
/serverconfig
Reloads saturn.yml.
| Command | Description |
|---|---|
/serverconfig server | Reloads saturn.yml. s is a short form. |
/serverconfig world | Same reload. w is a short form. |
/serverconfig world <world> | Same reload, after checking the world is loaded. |
Every form reloads the whole file, including all per-world settings. The reload also re-registers the knockback profiles defined in saturn.yml; see Knockback profiles.
/knockback
/kb is an alias. Profiles are named type:profile. Run /kb or /kb help to see the list in game.
Browse
| Command | Description |

/kb view <type:profile> | Shows every value of a profile. |
/kb view me | Shows the profile you are bound to, or the server default. |

/kb info:me | The same for yourself. |
Create and edit
| Command | Description |
|---|---|
/kb create <type:profile> | Creates a profile with default values. The type must already exist. |
/kb create:copy <from> <type:profile> | Creates a profile with the values of from. Both must have the same type. |
/kb edit <type:profile> <key> <value> | Sets one value. The next hit uses it. |
/kb edit <type:profile> <key> reset | Puts one value back to its default. |
/kb delete <type:profile> | Removes a profile from memory. The server default cannot be deleted. A saved file is not deleted. |
Keys for edit: friction, horizontal, vertical, vertical-limit, extra-horizontal, extra-vertical, slowdown and fix-w-tap. slowdown and fix-w-tap currently have no effect.
Assign
| Command | Description |
|---|---|
/kb default | Shows the server default, if one is set. |
/kb default <type:profile> | Sets the profile every player without a binding receives. Lost on restart. |
/kb set <type:profile> <players> | Binds one or more online players, separated by spaces or commas. Lost on restart. |
/kb sync <player> | Binds the player to the profile they currently receive: their own binding, or the server default. |
There is no command to remove a binding or clear the server default. A restart clears both.

/kb load <type>:* | Reloads every loaded profile of one type from its file. |
/kb load * or /kb load:all | Loads every file under saturn/knockback/, including new types. |
Saving stores profile values only. Bindings and the server default are never saved.
