Player settings

Every Toolkit player setting in /settings that has an effect, its default and what it changes, plus the settings that currently do nothing.

Opening settings

Players open their settings with /settings, /preferences or /options, or from the button on their /profile.

  • On a 1.21.6 or newer Java client the settings open as a dialog.
  • Older clients and Bedrock players get a chest menu.
  • Players on a dialog-capable client can switch between the two with the Interface Style setting.

Settings are saved to the player's profile, so they follow the player to every server.

The names and descriptions players see come from the settings section of menus.yml. The pages and defaults below use the default names.
